Plan all meals for the week.
Only buy items on shopping list.
Try to walk at least ½ an hour each day.
By end of month have at least half Christmas presents sorted and have list done of extra food need for festive season.
Sort out more of the junk that’s cluttering the garage from when we had loft conversion in spring.
Put on an extra jumper instead of turning up the heating.
Well after reading this blog thought I would give it a go.
We have had twelve months of upheaval trying to redecorate our house. A spot of painting turned into a loft conversion which meant we had to have a new bathroom because the waste pipe had to come through the bathroom ceiling. Just waiting for the kitchen to be put back to normal as all the tiles are off the wall. Why does on job lead to so many? Doing this may get me back on track and into some kind of routine. I'd love a routine, been trying to get into one for the last 26 years!
